Want a different size or design?&#xA0;You can exchange eligible items within 30 days of&#xA0;the date you received your order / the date of in-store purchase, including weekends and public holidays. Eligibility<ul dir="ltr"><li style="font-size: 16px;">Items must be unused, in their original condition, with complete original packaging.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Each item can be exchanged once only.</li></ul>Items we cannot exchange<ul dir="ltr"><li style="font-size: 16px;">Items bought at a discount of 30% or more</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Items bought with store credit.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Jewellery care products and add-ons such as extensions and ear backings.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Greeting cards, stationery, gift boxes and packaging.</li></ul>In-store exchanges<ul dir="ltr"><li style="font-size: 16px;">Swap your item for another piece on the spot, subject to the stock available at our store on the day.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Your item is valued at the price you paid for it, including any original discount.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">If your new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference is not refunded.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Current promotions and discounts do not apply to in-store exchanges.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Items bought with mall vouchers can be exchanged in store, but cannot be refunded.</li></ul>Online exchanges<ul dir="ltr"><li style="font-size: 16px;">Online exchange requests are issued as store credit only.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Once we receive your item, we will issue store credit for the amount you paid. You can use it to shop for your new piece on <a href="https://www.byinviteonly.my" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">byinviteonly.my</a>.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Items bought with this store credit cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Manufacturing defects are still covered under our 30-day warranty.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Shipping costs for sending your item back are covered by you. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost on the way to us.</li></ul>
